Missing asset in Inventory list report, JRALFINV1 t-code

Hello everyone,

Fixed asset with zero acquisition cost is missing in Russian add-on report-Inventory list, t-code J3RALFINV1.

But that particular, zero acquisition cost, asset is shown in standard reports both for Inventory list and Asset balances (AR01 t-code).

Obviously there are constraints in add-on report by transaction types (just an assumption).

what should we do in that case?

Hello Ayana,

Did you find a solution to the problem raised by you on Sep 15, 2014?

We have the same problem, many assets with zero acquisition costs are missing on inventory list report, t-code J3RALFINV1, and on our assets master (AS03), the checkbox > Include Asset field is assigned, but the assets are not considered on J3RALFINV1.

I would appreciate to know if you got any light and/or solution.

Dear Ayana,

In Asset Class Deta (OAOA under Inventory Data) please chek whether the Include Asset field is ticket or not if not please active this field.  Importance of this field is "This indicator ensures that the asset is included in the standard inventory list of Asset Accounting. Assets without this indicator are not output by the report"  Thank you.
