Hi,

I need some help please,

i installed SAP ECC v6.0 SR3 IDES Oracle 10.2.0.2 , The installation was good, including the SAPGUI. ,

my first  logged in was  ok , and i shut down my pc , after some while i opened it again , try to log in , i had this message

Please help

it may happened that your system was sent down for some reason.  Loon into SAP Management Console on OS where the systems is installed to verify that. If so you need to start it up from the Console again.

you are right, its need to start OS into SAP Management Console , but there another problem  , its ask  for password, and i did not have

You need to use password that you specified during installation of SAP.

try as administrator or sidadm user password might it would help..

Hi Ahmed,

After analysis you're getting error


  SQL error 12571: 'ORA-12571: TNS:packet writer failure'

C  *** ERROR => Error 12571 in stmt_fetch() from oci_execute_stmt(), orpc=0

For the issue kindly follow SAP Note   534729 - Oracle errors due to network problems

i found  where is the problem , its need to start OS into SAP Management Console , but there another problem  , its ask  for password, and i did not have

Hi Ahmed,

Are you taking about DDIC password ? As under your logs row DDIC password is incorrect present,so if possible try to use the password maintained during installations,Also you can check or reset the same at DB level.
