costing error for base qty

in CA03, we maintain setup activity type L001, base qty 1000 g , time 30 minute (0.5 hour) for work center Z001.

our costing lot size is 20000 g, in ck13n, if we choose costing lot size, it shows activity type L001 for work center Z001 is 0.5 hours(this is not correct)

if we choose "user entry" to be base qty in CK13N, it shows  activity type L001 for work center Z001 is 0.5/20=0.025 hours (this is not correct)

the correct one should be: in CK13N, user entry: 1000 g (base qty), activity type L001 hours: 0.5 hours.

I don't why the error happens. any expert can answer, thanks

sorry costing lot size is 150,000 g, 0.003=0.5/150, which is wrong, it should be 0.5 for base qty 1000 g

anyone know why the activity type qty in CK11N is wrong for base qty 1000 g? thanks

My question is : when we do cost rollup, ck11n, activity type quantity is directly getting from routing, in my case 30 minutes or costing lot size/base quantity* 30 minutes?

anyone can explain ?

Hi Siva,

Check in the routing master data, have some body has done any changes after run the CK11N.

can you answer my question, this is standard SAP.

if based on based qty, why ck11n didn't rollup hours to become costing lot size/base qty*30 minutes?

Hi, this is based on base quantity not costing lot size.

ck11n will rollup this cost depending on your setting, it can be costing lot size/base qty*30 minutes or 30 minutes regardless operation qty, SAP_11 it will be SAP operation split, thus 30 minutes in your case not costing lot size divided by base qty.
