Error while opening Crytal report

Hi All ,

I am receiving the below error while opening reports .I am not able to open the crystal report.Tried uninstalling and reinstalling.But it dint worked.Can any one help me with this issue.Please find the error file attached.I am using SAP B1 9.0 PL06 and crystal report 2008

You mentioned CR 2008 (12.0) but the error shows 10.5 which is CR for VS 2008.

Remove all the CR references of version 10.5 from yuor app and add 12.0 references.

i would suggest consulting the developer of the application.

You would need to open the application in your dev machine and manually add / remove CR references.

Hi Bushan,

I checked with developer as suggested .They replied me with the below screen shot attached ( KEY IS NOT VALID IN SPECIFIED STATE) TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE

Please  guide me with the further steps
