report printing

here is a case of printing output.

I have a report which when run generates output to a PDF file, when the user wants to prints the output to a printer, the printer should print on in Black & White. 

any suggestions ??

Hi,

This would depend on the default printer's settings configured on the machine the report is being run from.

Also, make sure the 'No Printer' option is checked when saving the report.

what does "No Printer" option when unchecked ?

The option makes sure the report isn't tied to a particular printer.

on a lighter note wondering if you own any website/ blog, "crystal reports simplified"  or "crystal reports for dummies", if not why don't you have one

Thanks for the suggestion though. I'm hopeful of putting up a blog someday on SCN as a start .
