Hi Alex,

What version of Crystal Reports are you using (exact Service Pack/Support Pack and Patch)?

If the Crosstab is located on the Group Header or Footer, please see if the resolution from SAP Note: 1214209 helps. This is what it says:

This is a known issue in Crystal Reports and has been assigned Track ID ADAPT00055049.

This occurs because the 'Keep together' option is not selected for the group where the crosstab has been inserted.

To resolve this issue, complete the following steps:

1. From the 'Format' menu, click 'Section'. This launches the 'Section Expert'.

2. Click the group that contains the crosstab and select 'Keep Together'.

3. Click the 'OK' button to close the 'Section Expert' dialog box.
