Report in CMC says it ran, I did not get email

this shows that it ran tonight but i did not get a copy. what else do i check?

Does any of your scheduled reports with e-mail recepient success. If not you are required to validate your SMTP settings in your job server? If they succeeds you may required to validate the scheduling parameters for your recurring instance. Thanks Mani

After checking what Mani mentioned in the above post, also check if the BO server is talking to SMTP server?
