Hi Experts,

Please share the Time and Payroll Integration documents, How to integrate between two, I will too grateful to you, which schema , Rule have to use , what are the infotypes need  to-update and maintain

Refer the above link it may help you.

Time management is input for payroll, time management u have to maintain above infotypes but all those are not mandatory.

Workschedule (0007)

Absences (2001)

Remuneration (2010)

Quota compensation (0416)

Payroll u have to maintain above infotypes

Basic Pay (0008)

Bank details(0009)

Recurring payments(0014)

Additional Payments(0015)

Loans (0045)

Membership Fees(0057)

once you live run the time evaluation (PT60) ZL, ALP, C1 tables updated u can see those tables in post time evaluation cluster pt_clstb2.

If u want to valuate wage types for example Over Time , over time wage types you should include in valuation basis v_512w_b , for that overtime wage type u have to give hourly rate technical wage type /001 & Percentage.

for that you have to maintain PCR x010 , x013 in xt00 schema. this is the basic configuration, if u want further quarries u can ask.

In infotype 0007 planned working time u assign time status apart from 7 - time evaluation with out payroll integration means have to assign time status 1,2,9 it will be integrated.
