SAP HR timemanagement testing flow

Hi Gurus ,

I am very new to SAP HR testing .

Can any one please guide me the process flow to test the time management flow .

I am very confusing with the flow and difference between +ve and -ve time management .

Before thinking of testing the "time management flow", you should learn about your environment.

Is the "Clock-in" and "Clock-out" times a parameter for Time Evaluation in your environment, and if so, is it for all employees or only for some.  Are there salaried employees for whom only deviations for the norm (Absences and Special Attendances) have to be entered?
