SAP BW Documentation for FI-AP/AR/GL extractors

Hi Experts !!!

I have been assigned to a new support project which deals with FI application,as there is no documentation  maintained over here I want to prepare

documentation for all implemented objects...So could you please help me with your valuable inputs like where to start and what steps I need to follow to prepare documents for my project.
