How to retrieve workitems for custom workflow tasks in the NWBC inbox?

Hello Experts,

I got a custom workflow which triggers from webdynpro application. After triggering, mail can be seen in inbox of SBWP but not in NWBC inbox? I want mail to be made available in NWBC inbox.

How can i achieve the desired requirement?

Do you mean mail or workitem?

Isn't this all a matter of NWBC configuration? I'm not sure this is a workflow problem.

Thanks for your reply. Its a workitem, pardon my mistake.

I asked my Functional team regarding the issue, they too dont have an idea. So, thats why trying my luck out here.

The work item is triggering fine in SBWP but needs to be displayed in NWBC.

Any documents on NWBC config??

Hi Mohammed,

I would google nwbc configuration and look at the results from SCN (google searches SCN better than SCN searches SCN).
