Hi Experts,

We are trying to load data from ECC to BW in our development system.

we have loaded some of the loads after some time our loadsare stuck with below message:

'Data Package 1 : arrived in BW ; Processing : Selected number does not agree with transferred n'

in this also if there are 20 data packets the 15 will load properly and 5 will give smae above mebtioned message.

if we check job overview in source system i.e ECC job log shows its finished and job log shows even Data records sent in each data package, but they are getting stuck in BI with above message.

This is not only case with trascational data master data also not getting loaded for even 3000 records.

Please find attached screen shot as well.

Please advise.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Omkar

HI

Sometimes it will show this type of errors when the idocs/luw's get stuck in any one of the system.

please check the job status whether it got finished or is in still active. if the job is still running than the excepted time then check for the amount of the the data it is bring from ECC and do further investigation on the load ie.. sever response...

if the job got finished but some of the data packets are in yellow then change the over all status red in in the monitor screen then in the same monitor screen (ie.. tcode rsmo) select EDIT tab ----> int update -----> setting for further update -----> update/reversal------>read everything manually then right click on the each data packet which are in red then execute the job in background (execute few data packets at a time )and check the status in sm37 tcode(background jobs monitor) .once all the data packets successfully executed then change the status back to normal.

thanks

Hi Omkar,

1--- Its common message Till it Runs , If it takes long time then Check the IDOC status in BD87 and SM58 ,

2-- Check in sm37 for the Job status Yes/Not , If Yes check the RFC connection..

Hi Omkar,

maybe there are some problems with idocs in source system.

Try to have a look to WE02 into source system.

Regards.

Hi Omkar,

we encounter such issues. please do as below to resolve it . Hope  the datasource is 3.x.

1. You try to compress all the requests . There are chances for this error if your F table is huge.

2. Delete indexes of the cube before loading.

3. If the error occurs--> Go to the Monitor screen --> settings for further update

4. Edit--> Update/Reversal --> read every thing manually

Hope it helps.

Hi,

Please go to ECC SM58, you may see some failed queues. please check and execute them by manually(F6), later you can refresh your info pack monitor screen. it may processed.

other wise:

if your load is full load then make your request to red and re trigger your info pack.

keep on ecc SM58 and refresh it.

your load may finished in time without any issue.

Thanks

Hi,

run the info package for using the selections - give the some year, month quater selections if you have

after running the info package check the job status SM37 in ECC system.

please check the source system connection form ECC to BI.

if you are getting the same problem again go to info package monitor screen check the status tab -> step by step analysis and if have any error description.

Thanks,

Phani.
