Adding new desktop channel to Workbench

Hi,

We have created  new report (and desktop channel for this report) and want this desktop channel to be visible to all users.

Please let me know what are the steps required for this and what roles as well.

Appreciate any useful pointer.

Hi Priyanka,

Click on Setup --> System Setup --> Workbench Page. You will be navigated to a page where you get a query dropdown. Select "All Workbench Page Templates" from the dropdown and add the desktop channel to the required workbench where you want it to be visible to all users.
