Cloud4T&E iOS app stopped working

I used to be able to do my expense report and upload the receipts while mobile (a huge time saver) using the SAP4T&E app in iOS.

The problem: About 4-5 months ago, the iOS application stopped working. It spends a lot of time loading the data, but it never does it properly and issues an error and I can't use it at all.

Troubleshooting steps:

  • I tried to reset all the credentials by using the reset feature in the login splash screen. The result was the same.
  • I deleted the app and reinstalled it, to the same result. It seems that the communication with my user accound on the SAP for Travel side it's not working.

Note: I am able to use the system in the web browser but I really want to get the mobile functionality back.

Please advise.

Hi Manuel,

The newer version (14.8.5) was released yesterday.
