I used to be able to do my expense report and upload the receipts while mobile (a huge time saver) using the SAP4T&E app in iOS.
The problem: About 4-5 months ago, the iOS application stopped working. It spends a lot of time loading the data, but it never does it properly and issues an error and I can't use it at all.
Troubleshooting steps:
Note: I am able to use the system in the web browser but I really want to get the mobile functionality back.
Please advise.

Please provide the following:
1) Device model.
2) iOS version.
3) App version.
4) Error message.
5) Which is the action that leads to the error message?
6) If you are not using the latest version (14.5.6), then install it from here:
