Please help me:

TC: F-03, when trying to clear open items getting this error:

Error Msg - Ex. rate diff accts are incomplete for account XXXXXX currency XXX

Note: The GL account is not a Recon account. Thanks.

Hi,

Please maintain exchange rate difference settings for this GL and currency @ OBA1 for KDB, since you are trying to clear the Account.

Hi,

Have you checked any exchange rate difference key assigned for the GL accoutnt master data in the control data tab for the co.code? If yes, then have you defined exchange rate difference account in the t.code.OBA1 for transaction "KDB" ?

If the error number matches with the notes provided by Marssel, check the notes for solution. Looks like it's a bug. And also check if the issue occurs for all cases and GL accounts

Did you setup the exchange rate difference accounts in OB09 to post the foreign exchange gain or loss during clearing.

please check instruction on following SAP notes:

1697833 - Error F5063 occurs during clearing in T-code F-03 -- 1

1701011 - Error F5063 occurs during clearing in T-code F-03 -- 2
