Learning the INs and OUTs of SAP Administration

Hello SAP World,

I know there are tons of experts and beginners and some people that are comfortable about what they know and what they do.

I am by no means comfortable, I would like to know more and get an understanding for daily routines from other Administrators to grasp where I may sit among my SAP Administrative peers.

What does a typical day look like for you? do you type out most commands. queries or do you have a set of scripts you created to get info from the OS level.

Do you spend more time in the GUI or the CLI?

I would like to know what you consider to be the hardest task and what are the more simple ones, are they simple due to the routines you have in place throughout the environment you have worked on?
