Crystal server 2013 printer list

I recently installed crystal server2013 on a Windows 2012 R2 server.  I added a printer from within CMC using applications / Crystal Reports Configuration / printer list.  I setup a report to use this printer and it worked as expected.  However today I added another printer to the server and made that the default printer. Now when running the report it fails with invalid printer. So do the printers listed in the CMC have to be server default printers? This did cause an issue with another report that did not have a valid printer and used the default instead formatting an 81/2 x 11 report to fit on a label printer.

Thanks

When you have multiple drivers in the server, remove the printer driver dependecy on the report.

Open the report in the Crystal Reports Designer.

Under the File menu, click on Page Setup.

Select the No Printer option.

Thank you, not exactly what the issue was but it pointed me in exactly the right direction.  I had developed the report with a different printer name then the server - so Crystal was telling me what the problem was had nothing to do with whatever printer was the server's default.
