I can't terminate the instance, because it's status keeps undefined.

How can I terminate the instance?

the tenant is tenant_Q0VBL0MX5A3Q

Hello Nick,

Could you please detail whether the Terminate button is disabled for you or it is enabled but the operation fails?

Hi Nick,

The “undefined” instance stayed in SAP CAL although no VMs left in AWS after the terminate operation. The SAP CAL Team is working on a solution to clean-up such instances.

Apologies for the inconvenience,

Stanimir

Hi Nick,

The "undefined" instance was cleaned up. You should be able to create a new instance.

If it fails again please hover over the exclamation mark to see the error message from AWS.

Hi,

Thanks for you support.

Now I get following error after creating new instance: time out on step : null

Hi Nick,

The root cause for this error was an issue in the permissions of your AWS account for the underlying snapshot.

To fix the permissions you would need to reactivate the solution, i.e. terminate the inconsistent instance and then deactivate and activate the solution.
