Absence Quota - Job Query

Hi Experts,

Need your valuable guidance.

We are generating quotas in IT2006 through time evaluation. we are doing it 4 quota types, we have told system deduction sequence to deduct the quota's

Its working fine. but however while doing bulk update or in some wierd situation in IT2001, deduction priority changes.

Every time we are running these report RPTKOK00 & RPTBPC10 to solve the problem. we have planned to schedule the job. is it necessary to schedule both RPTBPC10 is enough?

May i have your help to do the same. How to schedule it with what selection screens,

Why is required to schedule a job and how deduction priority is changing?

Are you uploading in IT2001 through any custom program?

Hi Dey,

Yes we have a customized upload program to upload IT2001 in bulk, After upload we see deduction in a wrong order. after we run the above mentioned reports.

deductions changes in correct order.

Hi Sriram,,

I think in your custom program having some problem.

If your saying after run the standard report it's become correct.

Use TCode PA71 for Absence data upload.
