Incident management and ChaRM integration
I am integrating Incident management and Change request management.
i wish to understand the effect of integration on the incidents which were created before integration.
or else what is the best practice .,,, do we need to close all the incidents before integration or the open incidents can also be handled seperatly.
Create follow up will not take place unit and unless you create a change request using create follow Up document.
Previous Incident would work in similar way just the create follow Upo will get activated while take you to create Request for change Document.
