Crashes on SetDataSource Method

We have a SharePoint Application to export RPT file to PDF file, it crashed on SetDataSource method if the trust level is WSS_Minimal, but when i change it to Full, it work correctly.

is there any solution to fix it? because we cannot change the trust level to Full.

i got the detailed information:

Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86\dotnet1\crdb_adoplus.dll' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

the CR runtime version is CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_10.msi
