Can't approve Leave Request.. Document is Locked..

Hi Gurus,

Manager is not able to approve Leave Request of subordinate on portal (MSS). The error is "Document is Locked"

Error Message : HRTIM_ABS_REQ058. How can it be solved.

Kindly help me out on this issue..

Hi Jeevan,

The document is showing locked,as the approver and approval both share the same sceen and log thur ESS portal,later inform the employee after admit the leave request ,logoff the portal and then again reopen it.solution as of now SM12 and delete it from lists.
