REX Android - Storing and accessing application configuration

We'd like to store some application configurations in the backend, and have them be configurable and maintainable in the backend, and then be able to access them within the REX Android application code during runtime.  As I understand REX has functionality to support this via the ClientXMLMBO in the MBO package, and CommonConfiguration.xml which is stored in the CRM MIME repository.

I have a couple questions regarding its usage:

1. Where in the CRM MIME repository is the CommonConfiguration.xml file located?
2. Which sync group is the ClientXMLMBO synchronized with?

Hi Derek,

1.     The path for CommonConfiguration.xml file in CRM MIME Repository is SAP>Public>REX>XMLs>Android .You can refer the image below for more help.

2.     In order for the changes in CommonConfiguration.xml to reflect in device you will have to sync the "Customizing" sync group on device.
