Webi reports showing all numbers as #UNAVAILABLE

Hello,

Every number in my Webi report is showing as #UNAVAILABLE after upgrading from BO 3.1 to BO 4.1 SP 3 Patch 1 update.

After reading sap notes: 1606502, 1712690 and 1713270. I feel I need explain my issue in more detail.

My Webi report was built on BO 3.1 using Universe against SAP BW query and working.

Our BO 4.1 environment is BO 4.1 SP 3 Patch 1 update. Since we are already on 4.1 SP 3, so the sap notes does not apply to my case. (Plus we are not using BICS yet)

So a working Webi report upgrade BO 4.1 SP 3 patch 1 update, just showing all numbers as #UNAVAILABLE.

Any further thoughts?

Hi George,

#unavailable comes with database delegated key figures.

Also there is a significant change in calculation engine of 3.1 and 4.1 hence the behavior will be different.

There are few questions with which we can narrow down this issue:-

--Are these report level variables or key figures coming from Bex?

--Are you using any restriction at Bex?

--Have you specified them at default value section of Bex query?

--If you have any calulation then break it to find out which section is giving the issue.
