It is possible to have SAP XI & NW on same stack

i am part of Integration project Any one please explain me is it possible to have both SAP XI & SAP NW on same stack. then how can we make communicate this systems with each other.

on Netweaver stack...

XI,MDM,EP,KM,MI(Mobile infrastructure),BI(BW) are present...

probably someone might have confused in an interview i guess.....

SAP NW - SAP Netweaver - is platform ,on WAS . so SAP Xi on NW.

SAP NW? Did you mean SAP BW?

If yes, and your question is whether XI and BW can be installed on the same physical host but different Clients, then I think yes this should be possible.
