ICR - Communication/Processing Status in FBICR3
I have a question about the Communication Status in the FBICR3 transaction. I can send email to specific users and the Communication Status is updated is updated showing the email icon. However, replying to the email does not update the Processing Status. It is possible to update the Processing Status manually as per the configuration.
So I was wondering if there is a workflow that needs to be activated (if so which one) or a BADI that needs to be implemented.
If anybody had the same problem and has been able to solve it, I would like to hear about it.
