Reporting - Age and Number of years of Service in Years, Months in SuccessFactors

​Hi,

I am trying to build a custom associate report, where i need to include fields like Age of the employee in years, months, Number of years with the current employer(in years and months).

Could someone let me know how to go about it?.I need to use ORD? Also has Rules engine got something to do with this?

You can do this with an ad-hoc report.
