SAP QM - QC091 Error

Hi Gurus,

I have an incidence where the deliveries did not generate COA for the below output types

Z061/ZMC1/ZMC2.

When i checked the process log - it says as below :

UD has been done with all characeteristic values recorded - but still the above error says that no results found.

Please guide me on this issue.

Hi,

Check to be sure that the results were valuated properly before the UD was made. If that looks OK, then check the results data origin in the profile.

Some deliveries with same material and COA profile have been succesfully processed w/o error.

Please suggest what to check further.

Hi, that's a good sign that it's a problem with the lot used for this delivery. Did you verify the result valuation is correct in the lot?

2nd thing that comes to mind - are you using production chain as source of results? Verify no failed movements in COGI to prevent building the batch where used list.

Results origin are from Batch classification.

Basically Im a PM guy supporting QM also.

Kindly be specific how , where and what to check for the below suggestions :

- Did you verify the result valuation is correct in the lot?

Hello Mudassar,

First of all check Classification tab in MSC3n, and verify if results are transferred.

Moreover, Have you updated batch where used file? Do it using MB57.
