Separation calculation by 365 days in payroll

Hi Expert,

Please guide in the separation case. The calculation on given below condition:

Let us suppose emp having basic salary: 12.420,0 for 2014.

He get separated on 04.08.2014.then he should get amount as calculation given below:

Basic Salary *12/365= 1 day rate

then 12420*12/365=408.3287

Then 408.3287 * 3 days= 1224.986 (because he get separate on 4th)

Same for Housing, as well other components.

Shall i go with custom pcr.

From your query, where you multiply the Basic Salary by 12, I assume that you have monthly payroll periods.

Why don't you use the Payroll Partial Parameters to handle this scenario?
