Clearing Prompt Values upon each Refesh of WEBI Report

Hi,

I have an issue in WEBI.

I am using BICS connection and using the default prompt from BEx query. The BEx query is having some default values set.

So first time when we run the report we will get prompt with the default values.

Now When the user changes those prompt and run the report, the prompt values are changed as per the user input. So when we refresh the report again, the last changed Prompt values only get reflected in the Prompt display.

My Question is : Is there any way that upon refresh of each time of the report, only the default values as set in the BEx query should display in the Prompt display. This is required only for Prompt Display, as the user changes the input and run the report the report should bring data as on user input.

Please help me in this.

Have you unchecked 'keep last values selected' in the prompt properties?

I am not using the WEBI prompt. I am using the Prompt directly from BEx.

I guess you should try with customer exit.
