MSS POWL INBOX - MANAGER_MSS_INBOX_2

Hi Experts,

I'm configurating a NWBC ESS/MSS system which is in EHP7.

For the manager, i'd like to remove some active queries which are not necessary for the client needs.

I customized the MSS INBOX 2 in POWL_QUERYR transaction to inactive queries i didn't want.

My problem is the following :

- the data aren't retrieved for one manager which has SAP_ALL authorisation

- but the custo is correct for another manager which has the same role and authorisation except that the 2nd has a developper key...

So this is obviously an authorisation problem but which one.

I compared authorisations with HRAUTH transaction and compare the 2 users without success... They are identical.

Do you have any idea?

What authorisation should I check?

Use authorization trace (ST01) to track the authorizations that are failing.

Thank you for you reply.

I checked the ST01 t-code but no errors appear;

I created a new user and give the roles and my custo is displayed correctly... I don't understand exactly why because my 2 users have the same authorizations but it works as it should.

Issue resolved for now...
