MSS Homepage - Activities "On behalf" not displayed

Hello Experts,

I'm facing an issue which makes me crazy since almost 2 weeks.

I've customized correctly (I guess) my MSS Homepage to display my team but i don't have the "On behalf" activities which should normally be displayed by default.

I removed my custo to have the initial launchpad in LPD_CUST but i never had those activities.

I tried with the standard SAP MSS role but i still have the problem.

In a previous project, those activities were displayed correctly without any customizing.

Could it come from a BASIS wrong custo? Service in SICF not activated?

I forgot to explain that i'm working with EHP7 version.

In SPRO Org Chart Visualization, check the config and make sure you have attached the correct launch pad role and instance name.
