Organization structure

Dear all,

I have created one material with Purchasing, sales and accounting views with organization levels.

When i was trying to see in mm02, without organization level it is going inside. MM03 also I have tried. Without organization levels its going automatically in material master views.

we need organization level before goes to material master view.

Hi

Follow the steps given below

Go to MM02 and enter any material number

Select menu Defaults--> Organizational levels

Uncheck the check box shown below

Might be the option has been ticked before

You may press the Organizational unit after going MM02/MM03,

then remove the tick option. Then again try MM02/MM03.

Hi Swathi,

As per Jurgen's comment above, certain fields like Basic Data 1, Basic Data 2 etc do not require Organizational Units. But if you try to select fields like Purchasing, Accounting etc, it will ask for Org unit there itself inside MM03/MM02.

Please let me know if you would like to make the Org unit entry as mandatory for Plant/Storage location.

Please check in your log in, may be you selecte all organization level default value at time of creation.

So itsnot ask for org level at time of MM02 or MM03.

Most views contain plant or sales org specific fields and general fields.

And general fields can be accessed and maintained without specifying an organisation unit, this is just standard and has to be covered in user training. Or you re-arrange all fields to your own desire.
