Error while entering db credentails in SLD

Hi All

After logging in SLD,I am trying to put database credentials.After entering credentials system gives me error as 'Http request time out'

Hi

you can connect to the SQL Server Studio using "sa"?

You have to let the same studio server name.

Example (My Server)

is it right that you work with an SQL Server 2008?

If not, than  it is posible that you must install the microsoft sql native client 2012

Is the microsoft TAO service started?

If it is a SQL Server Instance the you must type the sql Server and the instance into the server name field.

exampl.   sqlservername2008\my instance

Hi everybody: i had the same problem... i was simply insisting in my password and waiting some minutes... some times, when you reset a password its like... when you reset a service... It takes time to be accepted completely... this worked for me... i hope work for you,..

Hi Kanishka,

Try changing the sa password to a strong password without special characters.

Best
