Error opening Custom Business Configuration View in Fine Tuning "Target Not Available"

I'm doing a custom solution in C4C 1408 around a  Business Configuration Object..

I create my business configuration view  (*.QA.uicomponent), and assigned as per Studio guide so it can appear in Fine Tuning:

However, when I go to Fine Tuning, and open my BC set, I get this error "Target Not Available" - "Target UI could not be determined".

Appreciate any help on this.

Wait sometime: usually during the night a report adjust the BC and solve this kind of issues,

Alessandro - so far the error is still there this morning.  Perhaps I missed that night job.

Logged an incident anyway.

Alessandro - you are right !  It's working now.

So it seems this background job before 10 pm PST at the latest.

Last I checked was this afternoon 2 or 3 pm PST.

So that's the range of time it runs.

Hello Tim,

Issue could be caused also id the work center view does not have the .uicomponent defined as navigation target in work center view properties-> RBAM Data -> Assigned Objects in UI Designer.
