No user mapping defined for system : change text

Dear Gurus,

we are configuring some SAP Transaction iviews in our portal 7.4 for direct GUI access to backend ECC system.

However we are not going with SSO, and we want the users to enter ECC password on click of the iview (GUI for Windows).

Obviously, on click the user is asked for ID and Password with message "No user mapping defined for system  XXXX_SYS_NAME".

can we customize this message to something like "Please enter Credentials for System XXXX_SYS_NAME".

Regards,

Ankur

Hi Ankur

Refer to the below SCN document and help document.  The documents deals with the customizing the error screens, which suffice your work.

Hi Santarshi,

Error Pages customization is out of question, as this page is not a sap portal error page.

it is standard page asking users to submit credentials, as the system object authentication scheme is based on UserId, Pwd and not SSO.
