new excise rate is not updating intax procedure.

Dear Experts,

I have an issue related to tax procedure

Due to amendment in  excise . Excise rates is changing from 10 to 12%

Previosly we have updated in FV11 with condition type JMOP

Eg taxcode

AR taxcode 10 %   01.01.2010 to 31.12.2012

After new amendment we have updated with

AR taxcode 12%  01.01.2013 to 31.12.2015

But my concern is that

In tax procedure in sheduling agreement its updating  with old  tax rates i.e ( 01.01.2010 to 31.12.2012)

its not updating with  current  tax rates...

Please give suggestion how to  sort it out
