Hi all,
I'm having troubles with SAP Contact Center 7.0.7.0.
Agents could not hear ringing tone when making outbound calls with MTD device. BCM stopped ringing tone generation once SIP 180 Ringing response was received to the outgoing call leg. If no SDP answer was received from outgoing leg, agent heard only silence. After some search, I found that there was such issue with older version of system (BCM 6.0) and it was fixed in later versions, but I have it with BCM 7.0.7.0.
Does anybody know the solution for this issue? Thanks!
Hi Oleg,
have you solved this issue? I have updated our installation to 7.0.7 and we have the same issue. There is no tone for outbound calls.

Hi Oleg,
we had a configuration "error": I have changed an entry in Service Configurator:
Call Switching -> Global Swithing Settings -> Ringtones -> Phone Client Plays Ringtones for Outbound Call
Old Value: For Internal Call Only
New Value: For All Calls
Maybe you have the same cause.

<edit> This configuration changes only behaviour of CDT ringtone. MDT ringtone is still not available.
