No Ringback Tone for MTD Calls
I'm having troubles with SAP Contact Center 22.214.171.124.
Agents could not hear ringing tone when making outbound calls with MTD device. BCM stopped ringing tone generation once SIP 180 Ringing response was received to the outgoing call leg. If no SDP answer was received from outgoing leg, agent heard only silence. After some search, I found that there was such issue with older version of system (BCM 6.0) and it was fixed in later versions, but I have it with BCM 126.96.36.199.
Does anybody know the solution for this issue? Thanks!
