Gross requirements planning is not generating planned orders

Hi

I created finished product with 11 strategy and created two PIR's. Ran MRP but not found the planned orders. Please help

Hello Anil,

Prerequisite for the gross requirement

1.  Strategy group 11 in MRP view 3

2. set the Mixed MRP indicator to 2 on the MRP view 3

After creation of the PIR check in MD04, Requirement created with BSF  “Gross planned indep Requirement”  or not,

Req type is not BSF, then check your PlR user parameter and make sure req type filed  is blank or BSF. (Possible put req type filed blank and save). Rerun the MRP and check,

Hi Anil,

Please share the details of the master data.

Also check in transaction MD21 whether planning file entries are created before MRP run. If not create planning file entries and re-run MRP and check.

Hi,

Analyse and Confirm your master data first like material master, BOM, Routing etc.

Now mainly in material master set the mixed MRP indicator as 2 and re run MRP with planning mode as 3 then check the MRP results.

Hi Anil,

Have you selected the mixed MRP indicator. This is required for strategy 11.

Better to paste screen shot for MD04 and MRP3 view for the materia.
