CHARM Request For Change Due By Date Disabled

Hi,

The Due By Date for CHARM Request for Change is disabled for modification in Production System.

I have done the settings to enable the Due By Date field in Development System and transported the TR to Production System but
the changes still does not reflect in Production System.

Any advice on how do I enable the field in PROD?

If you change the UI configuration in DEV, a transport request should be requested. Once entered the customizing changes in it you can import them to PRD.

Hi Richard,

Yes. I have done the changes in DEV and has already imported the transport to PROD.

The settings are reflected in PROD but the Planned Date (Production Date) is still not available to modify.
