I keep getting the following alert and cannot find where the email is triggered.
Undefined Exception in Diagnostic Agent : Agent Framework
Verified the self diagnostic for Agent Framework and templates in technical monitoring with no luck.
Does a "where used" exist for recipients of alerts?

If you go to the workcenter "Technical Administration"
and "Notification Management", you will see the Recipient List for
Technical Monitoring and the users which are assigned.
