Edit the list of values and add new level to the existing hierarchy

I have created a list of values using the created business view and my LoV have hierarchy of 4 levels.

Now my issue here is I want to add one level to the existing list of values which I am unable to achieve as the > arrows which are used for adding are disabled.

Can anyone help me how to edit the already created list of values.

googled a lot but unable to find the any solution that can solve my issue.

Hi Siva,

Click on Tools menu --> List of Values --> Edit List of values

It will display the classes and objects from your universe

Select the dimension to which you want to associate a LOV

Under properties, select personal data and click on edit button

It will launch "access personal data" screen.

Here, you can browse for the excel sheet and make necessary configuration.

Thanks Ravi for your response but I am not working on Universe instead working on Business View Manager and using that in developing crystal reports...

Please check the Add Dimension buttion is disable or not. As to add object in the existing LOV you need to add the dimension that you want. Find the screen-shot.

Unfortunately there is no Add Dimension button in BO 3.1

I am really sorry to say my company policy doesn't allow me to share the screenshots on sites...

But by seeing your reply looks like you are pointing to Universe but I want to make clear I am working on Business View Manager and developing crystal reports...
