0BBP_TD_SC_1 not Extracting RFX number

Hi Experts,

We have this  0BBP_TD_SC_1 data source and it is getting data from SRM system to BI.

But this Extractor is not extracting Rfx number.

I checked the table where this extractor is referring during is also have blank entries.

SRM:

Version: SAP SRM 7.0

Data source: 0BBP_TD_SC_1

SRM Table: BBP_PDBEI

SRM Field: ITM_BE_OBJ_ID Follow-On Document Object ID in Back-End System

BW :

Version: SAP Net weaver BI 7.0

DSO: 0BBP_SC:Shopping cart Single Document

My Question is whether this extractor is capable of extracting Rfx number other than Po's.

If it does what setting we must check in SRM system so that this extractor starts pulling the RFx number as well.

Request for your suggestions and  pointers to fix the issue.

Hello,

RFx are not SC follow-on backend objects, so they cannot be stored in BBP_PDBEI table.

Do not know if any standard Data Sources exist for your requirement.

Please let me know what are all the backend objects for Shopping carts.

I think they might be some shopping carts which goes for bid rather than Po creation.

In my case we have lot shopping carts which goes for Bid

Hi,

We have shopping carts created in SRM system .Those shopping carts will go for bid(RFx) then for quotation and then PO creation.

  Backend PR --> SRM SC
(EXTR) --> SRM RFx --> SRM Bid --> SRM Po (this can be replicated to
backend).

My Shopping cart extractor is not giving this RFx number .It is getting blank. once the PO is created then I'm  getting data in extractor not before PO creation.

Shaik,

You will not get RF'x number in SC DS.

RF'x DS is 0BBP_TD_BID_1

It has,

BID_NUMBER

Order number

CRMD_ORDERADM_H

OBJECT_ID

You may need to enhance your SC DS .Findout the RFx for each SC at the backend tables with the help of your functional guys.

Try to find the SC and its relevant RF'x  with the GUID, you have to talk to functional guys to understand more how the RFx's are captured for SC's.

I dont have SRM system now, sorry i cannot help you much without seeing system.

Hi Suresh,

Thank you very much. We have enhanced the data source with Bid number when they is no Po created. But it is not addressing all Business cases ,when multiple bid's are created and from multiple bid Po is created and delta records is not getting generated if PO is created from multiple bids.

0BBP_TD_BID_1 This data source has bid number and it does not have corresponding Shopping cart number this data source also we enhanced

Need argent help.The data source is not picking delta change happening to object  ITM_BE_OBJ_ID

0BBP_TD_SC_1 delta extraction not capturing latest ITM_BE_OBJ_ID.but when we do full or RSA3 at that time it is showing latest record.As we can't do full load daily na why the delta is not capturing the change or anything like Direct PO's wont create delta,

I looking for follow-on documents for the following :-

1. SC >> RFx No as follow-on document for Shopping Cart

2. SC >> Rfx >> Contract>>PO

3. SC >> Contract(Source of Supply) >> PO

4. SC >> PO

Since there can be multiple follow-on documents to a shopping cart,how you have handled this record append as the standard datasource only gives following record :-

1. Blank Record

2. Header Record

3. Item Records
