LockBox Error

I am getting the below error while uploading a test file in LockBox

Table T049A does not have an entry with key

00IDESTEST 00IDESTEST

Can anyone advice what is incorrect?  As i do see that OBAX is maintained for IDESTEST IDESTEST

Should their be Zero's suffixed?

Hi,

You have to suffix zero. Otherwise it will throw error message. Please maintain it.

Hi,

Yes, Mukthar is right please define posting data with 10 characters through transaction code OBAX by pre fixing 00.

Menu path

SAP IMG -> Financial Accounting -> Bank Accounting -> Business Transactions -> Payment Transactions -> Lockbox -> Define Posting data.

Hope this solves your issue else revert.

Thankyou for your reply. On upload the Lockbox file does it identified now. However No data Error seems to appear. I have tried to make some changes and upload however i get the same message.

Do you experts see any issues with the below lockbox file?
