Revalued Assets not accelerating depreciation?

Hello All,

We have some assets that were revalued about 2 years ago that we are trying to accelerate depreciation on.  When we change the key to LVA, it is not fully depreciating the value.  In the example below, the last period ended up adding 18.33 in Period 12 which appears to have offset the depreciation in Periods 1 to 11.

Any directions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mike,

Afer the change of dep.key to LVA, have you run dep.recaculation by t.code.AFAR for the asset. If yes, then provide the screen shot of the dep.key LVA.

Hello Mukthar,

Here is the screen shot of the Multi level method.  Just to let you know though, the 'LVA' depreciation key works on Assets that we did not revalue.
