Hi All,
I am using SMP 3.0 and Work Manager 6.1 on iPhones.
I am using SAP Agentry Client V7 App from the App Store.
I am getting this error - Unexpected disconnection from the Server (11) - quite frequently.
Logging user into server
Unexpected disconnection from the Server (11)
Connection failed
Ending Transmission.
Sometimes it gets stuck just at:
Logging user into server
I know my network is set-up properly, because I am able to connect to the server now and then and do complete successful transmit. So that should be alright.
There are no logs being generated at the SMP Server for this error.
Please help.

I am running into the same error. Did you figure out the root cause to your problem?

Hi Ankur,
Have you tried increasing the trace levels on SMP to see if any additional information appears in the logs - specifically around the Agentry traces?
