Hello there,

Manager not able to view the absence overview for this team.

We have checked the authorizations, relation ships  etc and every is fine.

Can anyone let me know what could the be issue.

Hi Manik,

How are you?

Is the manager able to view all other details of the employee? if that is the case did you check the expand tray (I am sure you would have checked, but just cross checking)

If you can share the screenshot of the screen it will be much more helpful to find the reason.

If the manager is able to view the other details then there should be no problem with his relationships.

Did you try to run a trace on this employee?

Cant understand the language itself

But suggest if you can try to restore the settings. Right click - > user settings and restore to default.

From the second screenshot, under team window, can you reset the selection criteria to see if it works ?

Yes, I agree with Neha. Please check before making any changes.

Are you planning to change anything in the rule group or you are adding an entry in the table?

In one way you can be right, if the manager belongs to a particular rule group and that rule group is not configured in the table.

Issue not resolved. In quality I have tested its working fine. Production only this manager having this issue.

Right click - > user settings - > reset to default.

pls see if this works.

Found configuration missing in V_PTARQ_TCONSTR, I want to know this is correct or wrong.Team absence display is controlled from this table.

Hi Potnuru

If the issue is happening only for one manager, then i don't foresee it as a configuration issue, but as a personal settings issue. Would advise to check if the issue is happening for other managers also before making any config changes

Have you configured the team calendar for your custom rule group???

Service specific settings--> Working time-->Team Calendar-->Select Employee's

This issue is happening for only one manager. This should not be the issue.

This might be a basic question, can you please check if the relationship - Is line supervisor of (B 002) exists for the manager till 12/31/9999 in pp01.
