Integrating SAP ERP+C4C via HCI: Services for security roles not available

Hello experts,

I have a problem regarding the SAP ERP configuration for the integration with C4C via HCI: the services for the security roles are missing.

How it is described in the guide (How_to_Configure_SAP_CloudforCustomer_SAP_ERP_using_SAPHANACloudIntegration):

4.2.7 SAP ERP Configuration: Adjust Security Roles to Allow Synchronous Web Service Processing

1. Call transaction PFCG

2. Enter the role SAP_SD_COD_INTEGRATION_EXT and create a copy of it

How To Configure Integration between SAP ERP and SAP Cloud for Customer using SAP PI

3. Open the role for changes, and select the tab Authorizations --> Change Authorization Data.

4. Look for the security object S_SERVICE under Cross-application Authorization Objects, and change the field SRV_NAME.

5. Add the following services:

SALESORDERPRICINGINFORMATIONQU/SLS_SO_PR_INFO_QR_IN

SALESDOCUMENTPRINTPREVIEWQUERY/COD_LORD_GET_PRINT_PREVIEW

ECC_CUSTOMERQUOTE006QR/EXECUTE_SYNCHRONOUS

ECC_CUSTOMERQUOTE006QR/EXECUTE_SYNCHRONOUS

The services are not available in the system.

Can anybody help me with that?

In the S_SERVICE object set that one object to full authorization.

do you know what version of the Add-On you have?   I think the latest version is 10.  You can also look in transaction code SOAMANAGER - maybe they just aren't in the search in PFCG.  The following screenshot is an example of SOAMANAGER.

I'm on an ERP with Add-On SP11.
