Customization of Alert Mails in Single stack using SolMan via CBMA method

Hello All,

I have created alerts for error messages making use of SolMan via CBMA method. But the contents of the mail are not too informative.

It sends an html file attached to the notification mail. I have provided the screenshot of that html file's content. As you can see, the contents of the html file is not much helpful. Kindly let me know how we can customize this html file.

I need that html file to contain the name of ICO.

I went through those blogs you mentioned.

But correct me if I'm wrong. There they make use of jobs ran in PI itself to determine alerts right ?

In my scenario, SolMan is used as the receiver to trigger the alerts.

Kindly help with this understanding. I might be wrong.

It is possible only by BADI implementation. Kindly ask someone in your ABAP team to perform the BADI implementation for you. We ultimately decided that it was too much work so, we didn't implement it.
