Unrecognized Email linked

Hello All,

I hope i am posting this in the right group. we have an issue in CRM box, whenever a user raises a services request an unrecognized email is liked to account. I have checked in the user master and BP master this email address does not exists. I am struggling to understand where this might have been stored. any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you all.
